Here is The Lobby Monitor's weekly roundup of stories.
This week, we published two stories about reactions and comments from lobbyists on the Parliament Hill shootings. They'd like to see Parliament remain open and accessible to the public. We also covered U.S. lobbying disclosures, which showed the Saskatchewan government leading Q3 Canadian lobbying of Congress in terms of spending. In our On Queen Street coverage, former Finance DM Michael Horgan has taken on an advisory role at Bennett Jones. Lastly, we ran a story about the credit unions' lobby day on Tuesday, before the attacks happened.
