Fill the Hill is Ottawa’s contribution to the annual international 420 rallies held to demonstrate support for cannabis law reform. This event, featuring the Young Liberals, Young Greens and a representative of the NDP presenting their party’s policy, gives Canadians the right to vote via SMS technology to vote on the future of Canadian cannabis policy. Guest speakers include Andrea Matrosovos, a lobbyist for NORML Women’s Alliance of Canada will discuss the practical side of cannabis law reform.
