The new leader of the official opposition and head of the New Democratic Party, Thomas Mulcair, will address the Economic Club of Canada about the 2012 budget. The theme of his talk is "Federal Budget 2012: It's all about choices."Tickets are $890 or $790 for tables of ten, and $79 for individual seats.
