Canadian Association of Chain Drug Stores (CACDS), the national association representing community pharmacy in Canada, hosts its first PharmacyWoRx on the Hill Day. The association hired consultants earlier this year to plan the day.

Members will meet with MPs, parliamentary staff and more, to discuss current issues impacting patients, and to raise awareness of the role pharmacy can play in maintaining a sustainable health-care system for all Canadians. Economist Don Drummond will give a luncheon address on healthcare and optimal utilization of community pharmacy. More information is available online.
