Consultants disagree on impact of lobbying rules on Ottawa’s recruitment efforts

Treasury Board President Scott Brison tweeted this photo of himself at the Canadian Open Dialogue Forum in Ottawa Thursday. He said at the event he would like to see more employees alternating between the government and private sector work, but stopped short of criticizing post-employment rules that GR consultants say may stand in the way of this goal.
