March lobbying: Hill days, innovation spending and trade top lobby talks

The House sat two weeks in March and saw a 30 per cent drop in lobbying compared to February

The Canadian Home Builders' Association, Engineers Canada, Discovery Air Defence, and Council of Canadian Innovators were the most active groups lobbying government in March, which saw an overall dip in communications compared to February.
