U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson was in Ottawa for bilateral talks with Foreign Affairs Minister Chrystia Freeland in December. Freeland and Tillerson also co-hosted a security summit in Vancouver, with talks on North Korea wrapping up on Tuesday.
