The Lobby Monitor is happy to announce that starting today, your weekly edition will come in a new and easy-to-read format. Similar to an app, the new weekly edition adapts to your smart phone, tablet or computer. It is easier to navigate and makes it easier to stay ahead of the information curve.
This week, we are taking a look at how Canada's lobbying legislation is seen as an example abroad, with proposed lobbying legislation in New Zealand inspired by Canada's laws. We also covered how the Canadian Library Association is shifting its strategy to hold a lobby day in May and how B.C. First Nations representatives felt it was necessary to travel to Ottawa to lobby against a proposed mining project.
Please let us know if you have any feedback about our new format.
